PREORDER AND PREMADE ITEM POLICY
Some items are available as preorders, and others as premade (in-stock) items.
Preorders
- Preorder items are made-to-order and are not produced until after the preorder window has closed.
- Customers will receive weekly updates regarding the status of preorder items.
- Cancellations for preorders are allowed up until the garment enters production. Once production begins, preorder items are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Premade (In-Stock) Items
- Premade items are available for immediate purchase and follow our 15-day return policy, which can be found in our Refund & Return Policy.
Final Sale Items
- Preorders (once in production), sale items, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
