We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email customerservice@tevilah.shop to request a return.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
Contact us immediately at customerservice@tevilah.shop if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will address and resolve the issue promptly.
Preorders & Premade Items
Preorders
- You can cancel and receive a full refund on a preorder before the item enters production.
- Once a preorder item is in production, the order becomes final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
- You will receive weekly email updates about preorder status and production timelines.
Premade Items
- Premade items follow our 15-day return policy, as long as they meet return eligibility requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
We currently only sell clothing and accessories.
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, complete the return process first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
