Order Processing Time

  • Premade Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 2-5 business days after purchase.
  • Preorder Items: Preorder items will have varying processing times based on production. We will communicate weekly updates via email regarding the status of your preorder.

Preorders

  • Preorders allow you to secure exclusive Tevilah pieces before they are produced.
  • You may cancel your preorder and receive a full refund before the item enters production.
  • Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.
  • You will receive weekly email updates regarding your preorder's progress, including estimated shipping dates.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): 3-7 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize there is an error in your shipping details, contact us at customerservice@tevilah.shop within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
  • For preorder items, production delays may occur. We will keep you informed through weekly updates.
