Tevilah operates using a hybrid fulfillment model.

Some products are in stock and ready to ship within 2–3 business days.
Certain limited releases and new collections are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items typically ship within 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping is currently available within the United States.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Tevilah reserves the right to update shipping timelines based on production schedules and inventory availability.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Pre-order items may be eligible for exchanges but may have limited return availability depending on the production run. Specific details are listed on each product page.
